Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable and robust web applications using modern technologies across both front-end and back-end.
- Collaborate with product management and design teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including testing, CI/CD, and security.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to team members to support their professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Expertise in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring).
- Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and drive technical decisions.
