Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance and project oversight.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications across the full stack.
• Define and enforce coding standards, development processes, and architectural patterns.
• Collaborate closely with product management and stakeholders to define project roadmaps and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in full-stack development, with a proven track record of leading development teams.
• Expertise in both frontend (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, .NET) technologies.
• Strong understanding of database design and management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
