About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Full-Stack Developer to spearhead their development efforts in Newcastle upon Tyne . You will be instrumental in guiding a talented team of developers, overseeing the architecture and implementation of both front-end and back-end systems. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Architect, design, and implement robust and scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Oversee the development of both client-side and server-side logic, ensuring seamless integration.
- Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project roadmaps and deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer or Senior Full-Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
- Expertise in database design and management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization.
- Excellent understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
