Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code across the entire technology stack.
• Implement and advocate for best practices in software development, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across front-end and back-end systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer , with a significant portion in a leadership or lead role.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React , Angular, or Vue.js, and back-end languages like Node.js , Python, or Java.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
• Excellent understanding of API design , development, and integration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
