Lead Gardener — Healing Gardens & Team Leadership

Southern Hospice Group is seeking a Lead Gardener to shape and maintain welcoming outdoor environments for patients, families, and staff. The role covers propagation, kitchen gardens, a meadow, woodland walks, ponds, and expansive grounds.

You will lead garden staff and volunteers, plan workloads, ensure health, safety, and environmental standards, and work with the Grounds Manager to deliver high-quality outcomes.
