We're looking for a commercially curious Lead Generation Manager who knows how to get out there, build relationships and uncover new opportunities to connect ambitious people who want to take control of their future with their own travel franchise.

You might find them through a new strategic partnership. A referral channel. An event. A community. An affiliate relationship. Targeted outreach. Or an opportunity nobody else has spotted yet.

The Opportunity

This is a growth role for someone who naturally asks:

“Where else could the next opportunity come from?”

You'll explore new routes to prospective franchisees, build relationships that open doors and develop opportunities that our sales team can convert. That could mean identifying new partnership opportunities, developing referral relationships, opening conversations with relevant organisations or communities, testing new audiences or finding smarter ways to reach people considering entrepreneurship and business ownership.

You won't be restricted to one acquisition channel or handed a narrow playbook to follow.

We want someone who is prepared to put themselves out there, start conversations, test ideas and turn promising opportunities into scalable sources of growth.

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Identify and develop new audiences and routes to prospective franchisees.
• Build strategic partnerships and commercial relationships that generate new opportunities.
• Proactively approach organisations, communities, networks and potential partners.
• Develop referral, affiliate and other mutually beneficial lead-generation relationships.
• Explore new channels and test ideas rather than relying solely on established sources of demand.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality, conversion and where the strongest opportunities are coming from.
• Turn successful initiatives into repeatable and scalable sources of franchise enquiries.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of potential partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Track performance and use commercial insight to determine where to focus time and investment.
• Represent The Travel Franchise confidently with prospective partners and wider networks.
• Continually look beyond what we're already doing to identify the next opportunity for growth.

About You

You're a proactive opportunity creator.

You don't wait for leads to arrive or limit yourself to a single channel. You enjoy meeting people, opening doors and exploring different ways to generate commercial growth.

Crucially, you'll bring an understanding of franchising and what motivates someone to explore franchise ownership.

You'll likely bring:

• Experience within franchising would be a strong advantage, particularly across franchise growth, but we're equally interested in strong business development and partnerships professionals with a track record of creating new opportunities.
• Broad commercial growth experience spanning areas such as partnerships, new business development, lead generation and audience development.
• A track record of proactively finding and creating new opportunities rather than relying predominantly on inbound demand.
• Experience developing relationships or partnerships that have generated measurable commercial opportunities.
• Evidence of working across multiple routes or channels to market, rather than specialising predominantly in one acquisition channel.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• The confidence to initiate conversations and engage prospective partners from cold.
• Commercial curiosity and the ability to recognise opportunities others may overlook.
• An experimental mindset, with the confidence to test ideas, learn quickly and change direction when necessary.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills. Experience within travel would be advantageous, but your understanding of the franchise model and ability to create growth opportunities are more important.

What This Role Isn't

This isn't a traditional performance marketing or single-channel lead-generation role.

If your experience has predominantly involved managing one or two acquisition channels such as LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns or paid media, this is unlikely to be the right opportunity.

Equally, this isn't purely a franchise sales role.

You'll work closely with an experienced sales team who take qualified opportunities through the franchise sales process.

Your strength is creating the opportunity in the first place.

Finding the audience. Building the relationship. Opening the door.
