Key Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment of geothermal resource potential and feasibility studies for new project sites.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of geothermal power plants and direct-use systems.
• Manage subsurface exploration programs, including drilling, logging, and well testing.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing geothermal fluid extraction and reinjection.
• Stay at the forefront of geothermal technology advancements and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on project planning, permitting, and execution.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to project teams.

Requirements

• PhD or MSc in Earth Sciences, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in geothermal energy.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in geothermal exploration, resource assessment, and project development.
• Demonstrated expertise in reservoir engineering, geophysics, and wellbore design.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamic principles and power generation cycles relevant to geothermal energy .
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex subsurface projects.
