Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential sites for geothermal power generation projects.
• Oversee feasibility studies, economic modeling, and technical due diligence for new developments.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with subsurface experts, drilling engineers, and plant operations teams.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and regulatory changes in the geothermal energy sector .

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Geology, Geophysics, or a relevant Engineering field.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in the energy sector, with at least 5 years focused on geothermal exploration and development .
• Demonstrated success in managing complex energy projects from conception to operation.
• Strong understanding of subsurface characterization, well design, and power plant integration.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
