About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of geothermal power plants and direct-use systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of geothermal engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee feasibility studies, site selection, and resource assessment for new geothermal projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and safety standards throughout project execution.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for geothermal initiatives.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of geothermal energy systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in geothermal energy development or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams and projects.
• Strong understanding of geological surveying , reservoir engineering, and drilling operations specific to geothermal resources.
• Master's degree or PhD in Engineering (Geothermal, Mechanical, Civil) or Earth Sciences.
• Experience with thermodynamic cycles and power plant design relevant to geothermal energy.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
