About the Role

This role is pivotal in the design, development, and implementation of innovative geothermal energy solutions. You will lead a team of engineers, oversee project lifecycles from conception to completion, and ensure the technical integrity and commercial viability of our geothermal ventures. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of geothermal power plants and direct-use systems.
- Manage and mentor a team of geothermal engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee feasibility studies, site selection, and resource assessment for new geothermal projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and safety standards throughout project execution.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for geothermal initiatives.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of geothermal energy systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in geothermal energy development or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams and projects.
- Strong understanding of geological surveying , reservoir engineering, and drilling operations specific to geothermal resources.
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering (Geothermal, Mechanical, Civil) or Earth Sciences.
- Experience with thermodynamic cycles and power plant design relevant to geothermal energy.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
