Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of geothermal power plant projects from exploration to operation.
• Develop and implement strategies for reservoir assessment, drilling, and subsurface engineering.
• Oversee the selection and integration of geothermal technologies, including turbines and heat exchangers.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure project success.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of geothermal engineers and geoscientists.
• Ensure all projects adhere to strict safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices in the energy sector .

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Geothermal Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related geoscience field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the geothermal energy industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record in managing complex geothermal projects, including resource assessment and project development.
• Expertise in reservoir modeling, well design, and subsurface characterization.
• Strong understanding of power plant engineering and grid integration for renewable energy sources.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
