Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept development through to final execution for various projects, including branding, marketing collateral, web graphics, and social media content.
- Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing creative direction and constructive feedback.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all visual materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions.
- Stay current with design trends, software updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a high standard of creativity and efficiency.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and effectively articulate the rationale behind design choices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer , with a significant portion in a leadership or senior role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative design work and a keen eye for detail.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Experience managing and motivating a creative team.
- Excellent understanding of branding principles, typography, and layout.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
