About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Graphic Designer to head their creative department in Coventry . This role involves leading the design strategy and execution for all marketing materials, branding initiatives, and digital assets. You will guide a team of talented designers, ensuring brand consistency and pushing creative boundaries. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and digital content.
- Oversee the design of all visual assets, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, and website elements.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers, providing constructive feedback and direction.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications, maintaining brand guidelines meticulously.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project objectives and deliver effective design solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design , with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work, including branding and digital design.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a design team.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
