Lead Graphic Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Lead Graphic Designer to head their design studio in Glasgow . You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling visual communications across a variety of media, including branding, marketing collateral, digital assets, and social media campaigns. This leadership role requires a blend of artistic talent, technical proficiency, and the ability to guide a team of designers, ensuring brand consistency and delivering exceptional creative output that resonates with target audiences and elevates the company's visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital content.
• Oversee the design process from concept to final production, ensuring high standards of visual quality and brand alignment.
• Mentor and guide a team of graphic designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in graphic design , with a significant portion in a senior or lead capacity.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including branding, print, and digital media.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with motion graphics or UI design is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
