About the Role

Our client seeks a talented and visionary Lead Graphic Designer to spearhead their creative output in Belfast . This role is responsible for translating brand identity and marketing objectives into compelling visual designs across all communication channels. You will lead a small team of designers, manage multiple projects concurrently, and ensure the delivery of high-quality creative assets. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualisation and design of visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, print materials, and corporate communications.
• Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing direction, feedback, and creative oversight.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all visual communications, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Oversee the production process, liaising with printers, agencies, and other vendors as needed.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to inspire innovation and elevate the team's work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with demonstrated leadership experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including branding, digital, and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Experience in managing design projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively.
