Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of hair stylists , providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Perform a full range of hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments, with a focus on precision and creativity.
• Conduct in-depth client consultations, understanding their needs and offering expert advice on styles and treatments.
• Maintain a high standard of salon presentation, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all clients.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair fashion, techniques, and product lines.
• Manage appointment schedules and ensure efficient client flow throughout the day.

Requirements

• State-recognized hairdressing qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Hair Stylist , with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Proven expertise in all aspects of modern hairdressing, including advanced colour techniques and cutting methods.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative styling and technical proficiency.
• Experience in mentoring or managing a salon team is highly desirable.
