Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire hardware development lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, schematic capture, PCB layout oversight, and bring-up.
• Architect complex hardware systems, making critical technology choices and design trade-offs.
• Mentor and manage a team of hardware engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
• Oversee component selection, vendor management, and DFM/DFT (Design for Manufacturability/Testability).
• Drive innovation by researching and incorporating emerging hardware technologies.
• Collaborate closely with firmware, software, and mechanical engineering teams in a remote setting.
• Ensure rigorous testing, validation, and qualification of hardware designs.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in hardware design and development, with a strong focus on complex systems.
• Proven leadership experience in managing hardware engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in areas such as analog circuit design, digital design, power management, and signal integrity.
• Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Cadence, Altium) and lab equipment.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills, vital for remote leadership.
