Key Responsibilities

• Lead the hardware engineering team through the entire product development lifecycle.
• Define and document hardware architecture and technical specifications for new products.

• Manage vendor relationships and the selection of key hardware components.
• Ensure designs meet performance, cost, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience (12+ years) in hardware engineering, with a significant portion in a lead or management role.
• Deep understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design.
• Proven experience with PCB design tools (e.g., Cadence, Altium Designer) and simulation software.
• Expertise in power electronics, RF design, or embedded systems is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for managing a remote team .
