Key Responsibilities
- Lead the hardware engineering team through the entire product development lifecycle.
- Define and document hardware architecture and technical specifications for new products.
- Oversee the design, simulation, prototyping, and testing of complex electronic circuits.
- Manage vendor relationships and the selection of key hardware components.
- Ensure designs meet performance, cost, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and performance management for the hardware engineering team.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience (12+ years) in hardware engineering, with a significant portion in a lead or management role.
- Deep understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design.
- Proven experience with PCB design tools (e.g., Cadence, Altium Designer) and simulation software.
- Expertise in power electronics, RF design, or embedded systems is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for managing a remote team .
