Lead High-Hazard Regulatory Team (COMAH)

Environment Agency in England is seeking a Team Leader to head a new high-hazard regulatory team responsible for COMAH and Oil Refinery oversight. You will lead, develop and coach staff, deliver robust inspections, audits and incident investigations, and ensure compliance across sites while maintaining health, safety and wellbeing.

The role requires the ability to work across the organisation, travel between sites, and adapt plans to changing priorities.
