Lead High-Power & RF Electronics Engineer (Hybrid)

Anson Mccade is seeking a Lead Electronics Engineer for high-power and RF systems, based in Great Baddow with a hybrid onsite pattern. The role involves technical leadership across analogue/RF subsystems in defence, aerospace, and security contexts.

You’ll guide delivery teams and mentor engineers while shaping technically deliverable programmes. You’ll lead design and development, provide technical assurance, and engage with customers to clarify requirements.
