About the Role
Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Holistic Health Coach to guide their wellness programs and mentor a team of coaches in Oxford . This pivotal role involves developing and implementing comprehensive wellness strategies, providing expert one-on-one coaching, and fostering a culture of health and well-being within the organization and its clients. You will leverage your deep understanding of nutrition, fitness, mindfulness, and stress management to empower individuals to achieve sustainable health goals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee holistic health and wellness programs tailored to diverse client needs.
- Conduct in-depth client assessments, setting personalized goals related to nutrition, exercise, stress management, and overall lifestyle.
- Provide expert one-on-one and group coaching, offering guidance, support, and accountability to clients.
- Mentor and train junior health coaches, fostering their professional development and ensuring high service standards.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in holistic health, nutrition, and well-being.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to create integrated client care plans.
- Contribute to the development of educational materials and workshops on various health topics.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in health coaching, nutrition, or a related wellness field, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Certification from a recognized Health Coaching program (e.g., NBHWC) or a degree in a related field (Nutrition, Public Health, Kinesiology).
- Comprehensive knowledge of nutrition, fitness, mindfulness, behavioural change strategies, and stress reduction techniques.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering effective wellness programs and coaching sessions.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and motivational skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
