Lead Hospital Pharmacy Technician – Team Leader

The Princess Grace Hospital in Central London is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician to join the pharmacy team. You will line manage a team of 4-5 technicians and assistants, ensuring core operations across dispensary, purchasing, stock control and medicines distribution are delivered effectively.

You will work with the Pharmacy Leadership team on workforce planning and service development, using KPIs and audits to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, growing service.
