Lead Host & Guest Experience Leader

The Ned is seeking an enthusiastic Host/Reception team leader to welcome guests across our venues in London. You’ll manage a team of hosts, coordinate with bars and floors, and ensure guests receive memorable service that reflects The Ned’s high standards.

You’ll build rapport with regular guests, learn their preferences, handle requests, and contribute to a positive, warm atmosphere across multiple restaurant spaces. This is a leadership‑level hospitality role in a vibrant environment.
