Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage industrial engineering projects aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and improving quality.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma strategies across various operational areas.
• Analyze complex operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for strategic improvement.
• Oversee the design and integration of new technologies and automation solutions into existing processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of industrial engineers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; professional certifications are a strong asset.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with demonstrated success in leading projects and teams.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (preferably Black Belt certified), and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
