Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the implementation of the company's global industrial engineering strategy and best practices.

Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Industrial Engineering or a related advanced technical field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with a significant portion in leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in leading global process improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire remote teams and drive strategic change effectively.
