Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers and technicians.
• Develop strategic plans for process optimization and operational efficiency improvements.
• Oversee the design and implementation of new manufacturing processes and systems.
• Conduct complex data analysis to identify root causes of issues and drive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in industrial engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Expertise in process simulation, statistical analysis, and CAD software.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
