Lead Industrial Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the industrial engineering department, overseeing all process design and optimization projects.
• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for operational efficiency, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Lead the adoption of new technologies, automation, and Industry 4.0 principles within the plant.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics, quality standards, and safety protocols across all production lines.
• Provide expert technical consultation and mentorship to engineering teams and operational management.
• Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analyses for major capital investments and process re-engineering efforts.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of Lean Six Sigma , Theory of Constraints, and advanced manufacturing techniques.
• Proven experience managing large-scale operational improvement projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control systems.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
