Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term industrial engineering strategies to optimize operational performance across multiple sites.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of industrial and process engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.
• Oversee major process improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma, and other advanced methodologies.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of production capacity, resource utilization, and workflow efficiency, recommending strategic interventions.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational improvements with overall business objectives and financial targets.
• Champion the adoption of new technologies and best practices in industrial engineering and operations management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale process improvements and operational transformations.
• Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma, supply chain optimization, and project management.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex, geographically dispersed projects remotely, supporting operations near Nottingham .
