Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for optimizing industrial processes, supply chains, and operational workflows.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of industrial engineers , fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.
• Oversee the design and implementation of new production lines, equipment installations, and facility layouts.
• Utilize advanced data analytics, simulation tools, and lean principles to drive significant improvements in throughput, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor operational performance, reporting findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operational activities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Extensive experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and process simulation software.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with supply chain optimization and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
