About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced manufacturing and operational systems.
• Oversee and mentor a team of industrial engineers, providing technical direction and performance feedback.
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for process improvement and operational excellence programs.
• Analyze complex production data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions.
• Manage major capital projects related to process upgrades and facility expansions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in operational design.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• Over 7 years of professional experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with simulation and modeling software.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with supply chain optimization and logistics planning.
