Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for operational efficiency and process improvement across the organization.

• Oversee the design and implementation of major projects focused on optimizing production, supply chain, and logistical operations.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques, simulation modeling, and data analytics to identify and quantify improvement opportunities.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to track progress and ensure the successful adoption of new processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; PhD is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with a proven track record of leading complex projects and teams.
• Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and advanced process optimization methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing remote teams effectively.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
