About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes and systems.
• Manage a team of industrial engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma projects, focusing on waste reduction, efficiency gains, and cost optimization across the organisation.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for operational improvements and technological integration.
• Collaborate closely with senior management and department heads to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
• Oversee the analysis of production data, identifying trends and recommending data-driven solutions for complex operational challenges.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt certification preferred), and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong experience in process simulation , data analysis, and statistical modeling.
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment in Coventry .
