Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex operational and manufacturing processes.
• Develop and deploy strategic initiatives to improve productivity, throughput, and resource utilization across remote teams.
• Mentor and guide junior industrial engineers and operational staff in best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Utilize advanced data analytics, simulation, and modeling to identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
• Create comprehensive process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training programs suitable for remote delivery.
• Oversee major process improvement projects, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget constraints.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven track record of 7+ years in industrial engineering , with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
• Extensive experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and data visualization platforms.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive significant operational change remotely.
