Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers, overseeing project planning, execution, and performance management.
• Develop and implement strategic operational improvement plans , aligning with business objectives and technological advancements.
• Oversee the design, analysis, and optimization of manufacturing systems, production lines, and facility layouts for maximum efficiency and safety.
• Champion the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies, including automation and digital tools, across the operations.
• Drive the implementation of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma programs, ensuring sustainable improvements in productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with senior management to define operational strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Extensive expertise in lean manufacturing , Six Sigma (Black Belt certification required), and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and driving organizational change.
• Proficiency in simulation software, data analytics tools, and ERP systems.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
