About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive information security policies and procedures.
• Lead incident response activities, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery from security breaches.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to a team of information security professionals.
• Stay abreast of the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices, advising on appropriate countermeasures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in information security roles.
• Proven track record in incident response , threat intelligence, and risk management.
• Deep understanding of network security, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), and application security.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
