Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-level applications using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
- Architect robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions, making key technical decisions.
- Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering technical excellence and efficient workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and project plans.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews , testing strategies, and adherence to development best practices.
- Oversee the deployment and operational support of applications in production environments.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in Java development , with a strong command of modern Java versions and ecosystems.
- Proven experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural patterns, object-oriented design, and microservices.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
