Lead Kitchen Assistant Chef – Care Home Meals

BCG Cares is seeking an Assistant Chef to join a small kitchen team in a care home. You will work opposite shifts with the Head Chef, taking the lead and ensuring smooth operation and high standards of meal service for residents.

You will support the Head Chef, aiming for nutritious, well-balanced meals, and will help maintain kitchen cleanliness and compliance with EHO rules. PVG checks and UK work authorization apply.
