Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models and systems.
- Mentor and guide a team of machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define project requirements and roadmaps.
- Establish and maintain best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ML/AI and evaluate their potential application.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Extensive experience in building and deploying production-level machine learning systems.
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and MLOps principles.
- Proven leadership experience and excellent communication skills for a remote setting.
