Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment lifecycle of machine learning models and systems.
- Design and implement scalable, production-ready ML pipelines and infrastructure.
- Mentor and guide a team of ML engineers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to define ML requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed ML models, ensuring reliability and accuracy.
- Research and evaluate new ML technologies and methodologies to enhance our capabilities.
Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Expertise in programming languages like Python and proficiency with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modelling, and data mining techniques.
- Proven experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote team.
