Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of production-level machine learning models and infrastructure.
- Manage and mentor a team of ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define ML project roadmaps and ensure successful delivery.
- Optimize ML pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability in a cloud environment.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of appropriate ML tools, frameworks, and platforms.
- Ensure best practices in MLOps, including model monitoring, versioning, and continuous integration/delivery.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
- Experience building and deploying large-scale ML systems in production.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
