About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead their AI initiatives in Coventry . Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end machine learning pipelines .
• Manage and mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
• Define and implement best practices for ML development, including MLOps, model validation, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to identify opportunities for ML-driven innovation.
• Architect scalable and robust ML systems on cloud platforms.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a specialization in Machine Learning.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying production-level ML models.
