Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
• Manage and mentor a team of ML engineers, fostering their technical growth and project delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies for model training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, and data teams to define ML roadmaps and priorities.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of machine learning systems in production.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
• 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or management role.
• Expertise in Python and common ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of MLOps principles, including CI/CD, model versioning, and monitoring.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing frameworks.
