Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade machine learning models and systems.
- Architect and build scalable ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
- Manage and mentor a team of ML engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define ML project requirements and roadmaps.
- Implement best practices for MLOps, including model monitoring, versioning, and automated retraining.
- Drive innovation by exploring and adopting new ML technologies and techniques.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in machine learning engineering, with a proven track record of delivering production ML systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills in a remote setting.
