Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of production-grade machine learning models and systems.

• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to deploy models into production environments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of ML engineers and data scientists.
• Optimize model performance, resource utilization, and operational costs.
• Define and enforce best practices for MLOps, code quality, and model validation.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with a focus on production systems.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and projects in AI development .
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and MLOps best practices.
