Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and productionisation of machine learning models and pipelines.
- Mentor and guide a team of machine learning engineers, fostering their technical and professional growth.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define project roadmaps and deliverables.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed ML systems.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a proven ability to lead projects.
- Expertise in programming languages like Python, and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
