Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
- Mentor and manage a team of ML engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in AI and machine learning , identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Oversee the entire ML lifecycle, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Ensure the implementation of robust MLOps practices for continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a team of machine learning or data science professionals.
- Extensive knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and programming languages like Python.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and deep learning techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field is highly desirable.
