About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.
• Develop and optimize scalable ML models for various applications, including predictive analytics and recommendation systems.
• Oversee the work of ML engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define ML requirements and project roadmaps.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and maintainability of production ML systems.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in machine learning engineering and software development.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
