Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade machine learning systems and pipelines.
• Mentor and guide a team of machine learning engineers, fostering their professional growth and technical expertise.
• Define and implement best practices for ML model development, validation, and MLOps.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to define project roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on machine learning.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in building and deploying scalable machine learning models in production.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java, and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems , cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and MLOps principles.
• Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
