Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and production systems.
• Lead the technical direction for ML projects, ensuring best practices in software engineering and MLOps.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate research models into robust, production-ready code.
• Mentor and guide a team of machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Optimize ML models for performance, efficiency, and scalability across various platforms.
• Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems for deployed ML models.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with MLOps principles and tools for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to manage technical projects effectively.
