Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models and pipelines.
• Architect scalable and efficient ML systems for production environments.
• Mentor and guide a team of machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Optimize model performance, monitor deployed systems, and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with a proven track record of production deployments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable ML infrastructure, MLOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
