About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead their AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Architect and build production-grade ML models for various applications, ensuring robustness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate ML models into existing products and services.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of ML engineers, fostering best practices and skill development.
- Monitor, optimize, and maintain ML systems in production, ensuring high availability and performance.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a specialization in Machine Learning.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in developing and deploying machine learning models in production.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, testing, and version control.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor technical teams effectively in a remote setting.
